Utah Fits All (UFA) is Utah’s education savings account (ESA) scholarship, managed by Odyssey. For the 2026-27 school year it pays up to $8,000 for a private-school student, or up to $4,000 (age 5–11 on September 1) or $6,000 (age 12–18) for a home-based student. The Carson Smith Opportunity Scholarship (CSOS) is a separate, disability-only scholarship run by Children First Education Fund (CFEF), which lists $12,175 (K-12) or $8,000 (homeschool) for 2026-27. Court status: In April 2025, Utah’s Third District Court ruled Utah Fits All unconstitutional, and the State appealed to the Utah Supreme Court. As of October 1, 2026, the Utah Supreme Court has not ruled, and the program is operating for the 2026-27 school year. What the case means for families.
