Consultation scheduling chat

The scheduling chat starts automatically on our consultation page; on other pages it opens when you select the chat button. An automated assistant helps collect your contact details, your child’s first name and grade, learning goals, whether your family has a Utah scholarship, and scheduling preferences. Special Ed Resource uses this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and follow up.

The service uses Cloudflare hosting, Anthropic’s AI service, and our customer-management and scheduling systems. Please do not submit student records, diagnoses, payment credentials or other sensitive documents in the chat.

Message form

If you send a message with our form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, optional phone, grade, area of need, scholarship and message) and use them to reply. Sending a message does not book an appointment.

Page attribution and measurement

We use browser session storage to remember the public page where this visit began. If you use the scheduling chat, that page helps us understand which information led to the conversation. Browser storage is also used to avoid counting the same confirmed appointment twice.

This website does not currently use Google Analytics.

Links to Odyssey, the Utah State Board of Education, Children First Education Fund and other organizations take you to their websites, where their own privacy policies apply. We cannot see or access your Utah Fits All account.
